Our cake designer Jackie Kuflik studied Cake Design and Decoration at a leading college in UK, achieving the Top Student award three years running.

Jackie regularly writes for cake magazines, has written three books on Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft (with friend and colleague Chris Jeffcoate) and has been a contributor in shaping the styles and designs of cakes you see today.

'The New Sugarcraft Course' is widely accepted to be 'the book' to learn about cake baking, gateaux and chocolate, sugarpaste, royal icing and sugar flowers.

Inspirational ideas backed up by comprehensive knowledge are very much at home at Love Island Cakes.

Just wanted to say we are back in cold UK, not loving it much. Really didn't want to leave lol.
We both wanted to say thank you for making the most amazing cake, I only wish I had ordered a bigger one, we appeared to have some greedy guests lol!! I loved it, it tasted amazing, I think everyone went back for seconds and possibly thirds, well, apart from me - I was too full I think with all the excitement of the day. I am pleased that everyone enjoyed and all the guests said how gorgeous it looked.
I would also like to thank you for all your support on the build up to the wedding, I have to say between you and Nicky of Cyprus Images you have both been amazing and such lovely people too, which made things so easy.

Hello Jackie,
Well it's been a week and we are still married - so all good here! We just wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful wedding 'cake' - it looked and tasted delicious, and was something everyone was really excited about. Happily we even managed to save the top pie to freeze in tradition, and will get to enjoy on our anniversary.

I'm just so grateful that you were able to accomodate our rather odd request at such short notice - it was perfect. More than we had hoped for, and I can't thank you enough for making it possible. We had so many compliments on how yummy it was.

I'm sure you already took pictures, but thought you might like to see the attached of us with the cake.
