Lily Wedding Cakes in Cyprus by Love Island Cakes Hi Jackie

Just a short note to thank you for the fantastic wedding cake.

What a good choice I made with the cherry and coconut - it was absolutely delicious.

By Sunday, the last few slices were demolished - I have never in my life seen a wedding cake being eaten in such a short time… 3 days!

Hi Jackie

Every time we have a get together with our friends who attended the wedding, your cake is still a topic of conversation.

We had a 2nd reception in the UK when we got back and after much searching I found a lady who said she would attempt to duplicate your cake both in taste and icing. Her copy icing skills were excellent, the coconut and cherry was nice, the chocolate was very dry, on a whole it was passable.

But the people who had tasted your creation made sure everyone knew how the original cake tasted!

Just wanted to say we are back in cold UK, not loving it much. Really didn't want to leave lol.
We both wanted to say thank you for making the most amazing cake, I only wish I had ordered a bigger one, we appeared to have some greedy guests lol!! I loved it, it tasted amazing, I think everyone went back for seconds and possibly thirds, well, apart from me - I was too full I think with all the excitement of the day. I am pleased that everyone enjoyed and all the guests said how gorgeous it looked.
I would also like to thank you for all your support on the build up to the wedding, I have to say between you and Nicky of Cyprus Images you have both been amazing and such lovely people too, which made things so easy.

Hello Jackie,
Well it's been a week and we are still married - so all good here! We just wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful wedding 'cake' - it looked and tasted delicious, and was something everyone was really excited about. Happily we even managed to save the top pie to freeze in tradition, and will get to enjoy on our anniversary.

I'm just so grateful that you were able to accomodate our rather odd request at such short notice - it was perfect. More than we had hoped for, and I can't thank you enough for making it possible. We had so many compliments on how yummy it was.

I'm sure you already took pictures, but thought you might like to see the attached of us with the cake.
